EB-1 – First Preference
This category is designed for individuals who demonstrate exceptional achievements, international recognition, or leadership in their field. It provides a pathway to permanent residency for extraordinary talents, outstanding academics, and multinational executives.

EB-3 – Third Preference
This category is for skilled workers, professionals, and other workers who meet specific education or training requirements. It allows employers to sponsor foreign nationals for permanent residency, filling essential roles in the U.S. labor market. The program includes positions requiring at least two years of experience, bachelor’s degrees, or unskilled roles with less than two years of training.
EB-3(A): Skilled Workers (minimum 2 years of training or experience)

EB-2 – Second Preference
